One team handles your project from first concept to handover: interior planning, 3D visualisation, carpentry, renovation works and final styling. You deal with a single point of contact instead of coordinating a separate designer and contractor.
Our studio is at Westpoint, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya. We take on homes and commercial spaces across Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur and the rest of Selangor, and have completed projects further afield, such as Melaka. WhatsApp us your location and we'll confirm.
We follow a six-step process: consultation, moodboard proposal, space planning, 3D visualisation, realisation (the build) and handover. You approve the design at each stage before we move to the next.
After the consultation and a site visit to measure the space, we prepare a quotation based on your actual scope, layout and chosen materials. Because every space and specification is different, we don't quote a fixed price per square foot without seeing the site.
It depends on the scope: a condo refresh with carpentry is much shorter than a full landed-home renovation with hacking, wiring and plumbing. Approvals from building management or the council can also add time. We give you a project schedule with the quotation, once the scope is agreed.
For condos and other strata properties, management (the JMB or MC) usually requires a renovation application and deposit before any work starts. For landed homes, structural, extension or external works generally need a permit from the local council, such as MBPJ in Petaling Jaya. We guide you through what your project needs.
Yes. We present a moodboard and space plan, then realistic 3D renders of your space, so you can review layouts, colours and materials before anything is built.
Yes. Our portfolio covers condominiums, terrace and bungalow homes and commercial interiors. We also design investment properties to rent or sell, as well as private homes.
Your floor plan if you have one, photos of the space, a rough budget range, your preferred move-in date and any reference images of styles you like. That helps us give useful advice from the first meeting.
